EO1 WiFi Requirements
EO1 supports 802.11 b/g and b/g/n mixed 2.4 GHz wireless networks. 802.11 N-only or 5GHz networks are not supported at this time. EO1 works with open networks or password-protected networks with WPA or WEP authentication.
If you are on a network that has a secondary authentication/login or requires you to "Accept Terms" before joining, the EO1 will not be able to connect to our servers.
If possible, we recommend asking the IT department responsible for the network to whitelist your EO1. In order for them to do they will require the MAC address of the device. You can find that on the back of unit. It will be on a label with a barcode and text that looks something like "f8:02:78:50:0b:94"
With this address, they should be able to bypass the secondary authorization for your EO1.
