Does your uploaded image look cropped?
Images uploaded outside of the 9:16 aspect ratio will be appear cropped and zoomed-to-center by default. You can change the crop setting when you first upload the photo. Once you have selected the photo to use, pinch your fingers on the screen and use your finger to adjust where the cropping lines are as need. When you are done, click "use".
